There is a twitter account where we will post about any unexpected incidents or information about planned downtime. We will have a proper status page in the future.

Data backups

We have a regular, weekly backups from our server provider and we will introduce our own backup strategy soon.

You will always be able to make your own backups with various Export features.

Service uptime

We designed Contact Cache to work offline from the very beginning so that you can work uninterrupted even if our servers are down or you happen to work in an area without Internet connection. This feature will be available soon.

We will measure the service uptime in the future and share the results on a status page.
